Returns & fit policy
The right kit, or we make it right.
DockCycle sells compatible replacement consumables. Model fit matters,
so every return starts with the robot model, dock type, and photos of
the part that does not fit.
Wrong fit or defective item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order email, robot
model, dock model if available, and clear photos. If the product is
defective or does not match the listed compatibility, we will send a
replacement or refund the order.
For low-cost consumables, we may not ask you to mail the item back.
We will confirm that after reviewing the photos.
Changed your mind
Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
where a cooling-off return applies. Return postage for change-of-mind
returns is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise.
Opened dust bags, used filters, used brushes, and used mop pads
cannot be resold and may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
To exercise a statutory withdrawal right for an eligible online
order, use the digital withdrawal function.
Withdraw purchase
Where returns go
Customer returns go to DockCycle or an approved return address, not
directly to a marketplace supplier. Do not send anything back until
we issue return instructions.
Before checkout
Check the model selector carefully. Manufacturer names are used only
to identify compatibility. DockCycle is not affiliated with the
robot vacuum manufacturers named on the site.
